How do I connect the extra refill reservoir tank to the water pump?

Please connect two hoses from both the outlets of the reservoir to the uppermost two tubes of the water pump.

How do I know if the pump is working?

Please feel the pump to see if it is vibrating at all. If it is not, please replace it with us.

It appears as if something is blocking my pump from pumping out water smoothly. What should I do?

1. Please turn on the pump without turning on the computer system for testing.
2. In order to turn on the pump without turning on the system, please follow the following steps:
a. Unplug all connections from the power supply to system components.
b. Connect only the pump to the power supply.
c. Make sure the power supply is in the 'Off' position.
d. Take a paper clip and untwist it.
e. Plug one side of the paper clip wire into the green wire hole on the 20 or 24pin connector from the power supply.
f. Plug the other side of the paper clip wire into any of the black wire hole on the same connector.
g. Turn on the power supply.
3. If the water is flowing properly through the liquid cooling system without any signs of blockage, please turn off the power supply and connect all power cables to their proper location in the computer system.
PLEASE ONLY TURN ON THE COMPUTER SYSTEM IF THE BIGWATER SE IS FLOWING PROPERLY.
4. If the water is showing signs of blockage and the water is not flowing properly, please turn off the power supply, wait for 5-10 seconds, and turn on the power supply again. Repeat this process as needed until the liquid in the system flows properly without any major air bubbles inside the tubes.
5. If there are mini air bubbles within the tubes while operating, please tap the tubes lightly to get the air bubbles out of the system.
