Our new Lifetime Warranty applies for all Toughpower QFan and XT PSUs (not valid for all other Thermaltake products). It is a TRUE LIFETIME warranty which means if the Toughpower QFan unit ever fails you can warranty it. It is NOT like other lifetime warranties which is essentially a useful lifetime warranty - meaning the warranty covers the useful / intended lifetime of the product which ranges from 3-6 years.
This is limited to Thermaltake Australia only and is not relevant to any other regions. Australian customers whom purchase a QFan or XT PSU from any Australian reseller is eligible for the lifetime warranty as long as you have a valid proof of purchase. Units bought from overseas sources such as US online retailers will not be accepted.
Warranty is void if the product shows abuse, modifications, physical damage, tampering etc. If the PSU is no longer available then we will replace it with the current market equivalent.
