Installation

Intel LGA 1366/1156/1155/775 Installation   AMD AM3/AM2+/AM2 Installation Step 1   Step 1   Before Installation, please verify the CPU platform and select the appropriate holes for your CPU socket.   When you install an AMD CPU, please make sure that the back plate side facing away from the motherboard shows “AMD”. Step 2   Step 2   When you install an Intel CPU, please make sure that the back plate side facing away from the motherboard shows “INTEL”. From beneath the motherboard, carefully attach the back plate and insert the posts through the motherboard mounting holes. Fasten the plastic spacers over each post.     From beneath the motherboard, carefully attach the back plate and insert the posts through the motherboard mounting holes. Fasten the plastic spacers over each post.   Step 3   Step 3   Remove protective cover from waterblock before attaching on the CPU.   Fasten the AMD mounting clips on waterblock with screws. Step 4   Step 4   Fasten the Intel mounting clips on waterblock with screws. Assemble screws, retention springs and mounting clips with rubber rings together.   Assemble screws, retention springs and mounting clips with rubber rings together. Step 5   Step 5   Place the assembled waterblock onto the CPU and tighten it on each posts.   Place the assembled waterblock onto the CPU and tighten it on each posts.

Intel LGA 2011 Installation Remove protective cover from waterblock before attaching on the CPU. Fasten the Intel mounting clips on waterblock with screws. Assemble screws, retention springs and mounting clips with rubber rings together.   Place the assembled waterblock onto the CPU and fasten it on motherboard.

Fan and Pump Connection   Install Radiator   Connect the fan and pump connectors to free headers on motherboard. Installation complete.   Mount radiator to fan housing and secure with screws.
